Hilton Singapore’s flagship restaurant, The Harbour Grill & Oyster Bar, proudly brings to the vibrant city, astoundingly talented Guest Chef Romain Fornell from Barcelona.
A rising gastronomic prodigy since the age of 18, Fornell was awarded the “Best Young Cook” in Southern France. By 2006, Fornell was the first and youngest French chef to receive a Michelin Star award in both France and Spain.
Of acknowledged international renown, despite his youth, Fornell is firmly committed to the most audacious culinary innovation. Open to all different approaches and trends, his unique personal style runs from the transformation of Escoffier classics, through to his own trend-setting creations which transport palates to places where words do not suffice.
